Lila (Sanskrit: लीला), or Leela is a concept within Hinduism literally meaning “pastime”, “sport” or “play”. It is common to both non-dualistic and dualistic philosophical schools, but has a markedly different significance in each. Within non-dualism, Lila is a way of describing all reality, including the cosmos, as the outcome of creative play by the divine absolute (Brahman). In the dualistic schools of Vaishnavism, Lila more simply refers to the activities of God and his devotees, as distinct from the common activities of karma.
You are standing in the sky. When we think of the sky, we tend to look up, but the sky actually begins at the earth. We walk through it, yell into it, rake leaves, wash the dog, and drive cars in it. We breathe it deep within us. With every breath, we inhale millions of molecules of sky, heat them briefly, and then exhale them back into the world.

It is our own mental attitude which makes the world what it is for us. Our thought make things beautiful, our thoughts make things ugly. The whole world is in our own minds. Learn to see things in the proper light. First, believe in this world — that there is meaning behind everything. Everything in the world is good, is holy and beautiful. If you see something evil, think that you are not understanding it in the right light.
— Swami Vivekanand Ji
Darkness attracted him as much as light. He knew that these days turning out the light before making love was considered laughable, and so he always left a small lamp burning over the bed. At the moment he penetrated Sabina, however, he closed his eyes. The pleasure suffusing his body called for darkness. That darkness was pure, perfect, thoughtless, visionless; that darkness was without end, without borders; that darkness was the infinite we each carry within us. (Yes, if you’re looking for infinity, just close your eyes!) And at the moment he fealt pleasure suffusing his body, Franz himself disintegrated and dissolved into the infjity of his darkness, himself becoming infinite.

We are all asleep in the illusion that we are human beings and that we have a body and a mind and have thoughts. However we can wake up by realizing that we are not human, we are simply the awareness that perceives the illusion of us being a human with a body. The universe is not external, our true universe is what the mind creates for our awareness through our senses. All of our reality happens inside of our awareness not outside. Your thoughts, body, mind, brain, senses and name are not you, you are one that witnesses all these things. Wake up!
You have infinite potential, only in the imagination do you have limits. All this time you have been duped by illusion. You are not your ego, you are God/Godess/One/All-That-Is.
Self-Realization is the knowing in all parts of body, mind, and soul that you are now in possession of the kingdom of God; that you do not have to pray that it come to you; that God’s omnipresence is your omnipresence; and that all that you need to do is improve your knowing.
As sweetness pervades sugarcane juice, you are the essence of creation. As waves, foam and bubbles are not different than water, so the universe emanating from Self is not different from Self.
You are no other than Light. The universe manifests at your glance. You are wonderful, indeed - beyond adoration. You cannot decay nor ever die. Even with a body, you are still One with all. You neither come nor go. You are everywhere at once. Your powers are astounding. The universe appears within you, but you do not touch it. You are everything thought or spoken, and you have nothing.
In Reality, knowledge, the knower, and the knowable do not exist. You are the transparent Self in which through ignorance they appear. Looking at One and seeing many is the cause of all misery. The only cure is to realize what is seen is not there.
You are One - aware, blissful, immaculate. Only in imagination do you have limits. You abide in God/Godess/One/All-There-Is. The universe and the body are without form or substance, which should reveal to you that you are Awareness alone.
The body exists only in imagination, as do heaven and hell, bondage, freedom and fear. Are these your concerns? You, who is pure Awareness?
See no differences or separation. Even the multitudes appear as a single formless desert. To what should you cling? You are not your body. You are awareness, not a person. Wake up
